I could not recommend enough. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming when you enter. They are always happy to answer any questions you may have and offer any suggestions based on preferences. Now the food is always wonderful and freshly made each day. I have tried most things on the menu and have never been disappointed. Everything is wonderfully spiced and totally tasty.

This visit i tried the Poquito crunch chicken. It was delicious toppings so nice and fresh.Was worth the 2 hour drive. Will plan more visits.

Great food and service! I worked in an authentic Mexican restaurant in Toronto for 9 years, my wife is Mexican, we go all over Mexico every year, and I’m a bit of a foodie having working in restaurants for 15years….and this place impressed me. Although I’m vegan and only got the vegan tacos, so I can’t speak for the rest of the menu, the tacos were fantastic! Authentic corn tortillas, proper guacamole with NO garlic or black pepper (that’s right, Mexican guac doesn’t come with raw garlic) and good toppings. Wes is the man. Great service hombre…and Claudette is a super cool owner and creator of this establishment. Great job it’s obvious you’ve spent a lot of time in Mexico

They are no longer at the motel as in the picture. They are now in Castle Antiques at the set of lights. Excellent mexican menue. Enjoy your meal sitting at an antique table and chairs. Friday night live music

Absolutely incredible service, the young woman who served us today was great! The food was amazing, we had the beef quesadilla and the burria tacos. Will definitely return here!

Some of the best food in all of Haliburton! Our go to lunch spot. Fresh and delicious. Great prices. Always love talking to Claudette, Wes, and the team. Serving the best food with the best energy. Maybe it’s all the love that makes it so good. 3

This place is an absolutely gem in small town Haliburton. They are doing better tacos found in most major cites. Meat selections are well seasoned, topping choices are on point, great salsas and a nice little patio overlooking Head Lake.This place might just make me visit Haliburton more often again.
